A national law firm is looking to hire a new IT Helpdesk Analyst to provide 1st line support for the London and other National offices where you will be expected to travel on occasion.  This role will be to provide 1st line support of desktop hardware and software, network printers and mobile devices and coordinate the video conference meetings and setting up presentations. In addition to 1st line support, the successful candidate will assist with 2nd line support and IT projects where necessary.  Ideally applicants should have strong experience with the Microsoft Windows platform including Windows 7, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of MS Office 2010 or 2013 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Active Directory, the ability to trouble shoot remote connectivity, an understanding of Citrix, monitoring open calls, ensuring resolutions and updates are carried out, being the initial response and diagnosis of hardware issues, maintenance of information in a call tracking system and the preparation of documentation and gathering of information to knowledge share with the team.  Candidates must have previous 1st line IT support and excellent communication skills.  The hours for this role will be between 9.30am and 6.00pm.
