Conveyancing Fee Earner - Top 100 Firm - New Department

Brand new opportunity at this major Top 100 law firm who have recently opened up a new conveyancing department due to client demand and received an influx of new work. The conveyancing team will be based in Bolton with easy rail and motorway transport links as well as secure on site parking.

The role will see you manage a caseload of circa. 100 files with a mix of freehold & leasehold transactions for sales & purchase, right to buy, new build, transfer of equity, shared ownership and shared equity matters. Work will range from low to high value, so prior experience of dealing with complex transactions will be beneficial.

Ideally you will be a qualified Solicitor, FCILEX or Licensed Conveyancer and have the ability to run your own unsupervised caseload, however non qualified fee earners with experience will also be considered for this position. There is currently a mix of work in place, provided by local sources such as estate agents & lenders as well national conveyancing panels.

It is pivotal that you are able to multi-task and work to a high standard whilst doing so, as this department will be expanding rapidly over the coming months so you will be expected to train new staff, supervise and fee earn in the absence of the partner.
