A Plot Sales Paralegal is required by a top-25 UK law firm to join the Real Estate team in the Manchester office.
The firm is multi-award winning with a strong international presence and one of the most impressive UK legal networks. This firm provides specialist legal advice across a broad range of disciplines to some of the UK’s largest institutional clients and a range of household names.
The firm’s real estate team is sizeable and advises an impressive client list including residential and commercial property companies, investors, funds and lenders.
As a Plot Sales Paralegal you will work within the firm’s Real Estate team, alongside the Asset Management team. You will primarily assist the team with the sales but may be involved with other clients if required.
You will have previous experience of working in a plot sales role, as well as excellent organisational skills and the ability to effectively prioritise and organise workload/tasks.
