Our client are a recognised full service law firm with 5 offices throughout the South East region including Kent & Berkshire and the London West end.
The newly opened Reading practice are seeking to appoint an experienced Private Client Solicitor (3+ years PQE) to act as head of department. The firms is well reputed and specialises in Wills and Tax Planning, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection work, the administration of estates and the administration of trusts. The ideal candidate will present with solid private client experience and the appropriate qualification(s). A STEP qualification is attractive although not essential.
You will be picking up an existing caseload of work to include:
**Wills
**Elderly client services
**Inheritance Tax planning
**Probate and administration of estates
The ideal person for this position will be commercially aware, ambitious and driven and adept at marketing & business development. In return for your hard work and dedication the firm pay a competitive
