Assistant Company Secretary

Permanent job for an Assistant Company Secretary to be based in the Midlands (exact location negotiable)

Your new company
You will be working for a globally renowned audit and consulting group who employ close to 20,000 across 5 continents. As a socially aware business, they not only advise their clients financially, but also on effective CSR strategies.

Your new role
You will be providing support to the Company Secretarial Director and Senior Management Team by growing and maintaining an existing portfolio of clients. Your clients will be a combination of SMEs, Public and Third Sector organisations. You will maintain statutory records for each of your clients and carry out ad-hoc restructuring projects. You will assist with marketing the services and skills the business can offer and look to seek new business wins. You will based in the Midlands and will be able to travel between the Birmingham and Milton Keynes offices.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be knowledgeable and experienced in the day to day workings of a Company Secretarial team, including the maintenance of statutory records and incorporating companies. You will be IT literate, and be a competent user of Word, Excel and Blueprint. You will be ambitious, and want to gain new skills to progress your career.
