Private Client Lawyer (Wills and Probate Department)
I Private Client Lawyer is required to support and develop the Wills and Probate Department based in the Market Harborough office.
My client is an award-winning law firm who have a reputation of carrying out top of the line legal services. This firm is involved with providing legal services to both people and businesses in relation to P.I, employment law, divorce, Wills, commercial property, companies and partnerships as well as other areas.
I am looking for a 1-3 years' PQE Private Client Lawyer who will be able to hit the ground running dealing with areas such as Wills; Probate, Power of attorney, Estate Administration, Tax Planning and Trusts, and Court of Protection. You must have experience in managing a full caseload in private practice and those with the STEP qualification or an interest in STEP membership would be welcomed although this is not essential.
