Experienced Commercial Property Solicitor required for Lincolnshire Real Estate team.

Their excellent levels of service have seen them awarded with Lexcel accreditation. The firm are now looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team.
The Role
Our client is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor for their well-established Grimsby team. The role will be offered on a permanent full time basis. The position will cover a varied and interesting caseload of commercial property work including site acquisitions, development and new build sales. The work will involve site set ups for residential developers. It would be advantageous to have experience in business development. There will be a competitive salary range for the right candidate and excellent career progression prospects. Flexible working conditions will be considered.
The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor.
You must have at least 4 or more years’ experience.
You must have solid experience in commercial property.
You will be able to manage your own caseload.
You will have strong IT skills.
You will have excellent client care skills.
