Lawyer required for Head of Employment role in Leicestershire.

The practice prides itself on offering straight forward, pragmatic and trustworthy advice. They are now looking for a talented Lawyer to head the Employment department.
The Role
Our client is seeking to recruit a knowledgeable Employment Lawyer as head of department in their Leicester office. The role is offered on a full-time permanent basis and will be suitable for applications from both qualified Solicitors and Legal Executive. The position will be handling a full caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters and supervising and supporting junior staff members. The work will include dismissals, tribunals, discrimination, contractual disputes, redundancies, restructuring and presenting employment law seminars to commercial clients. Primarily focused on advising employers, there will also be claimant work involved. It would be advantageous to have experience in business development. The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive.
You must have five years’ or more PQE.
You will have a strong background in Employment law.
It would be advantageous to have experience in conducting advocacy
You will have excellent client care skills.
