CQS accredited practice seeks a Conveyancer Lawyer in Merseyside.

They offer a modern friendly working environment and highly value employee contribution. The firm are now looking for a Conveyancing Lawyer to join their team.
The Role
Our client is looking to recruit a Conveyancing Lawyer for their offices in the Liverpool area. The position is offered on a full-time permanent basis and is suitable for applications from qualified Solicitors, Legal Executive and Licensed Conveyancers. The position will include a range of conveyancing disciplines including buying and selling property, freehold and leasehold, extending leases, transferring equity, shared ownership and re-mortgages. There will be a competitive salary package for the right candidate.
The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer.
You will have 3 or more years’ PQE.
You will have solid experience in residential conveyancing matters.
You will have excellent client care skills.
