Locum Residential Conveyancer required in Cumbria due to increasing workloads.

Our client, a leading firm based in Cheshire is looking to recruit a Locum Residential Conveyancer to join their busy team due to increasing workloads. This firm have organically built a reputation in the region of providing a high quality legal service to individuals and businesses. This firm would be able to provide the Locum Residential Conveyancer with an enjoyable and friendly working environment.

This opportunity will allow the Locum Residential Conveyancer to run a full caseload of transactional matters which will include but is not restricted to: sales, purchases, landlord and tenant matters, transfer of equity, help to buy and some shared ownership matters. Applications for this Locum Residential Conveyancer role will be considered from qualified solicitors, licenced conveyancers, CILEX or equivalent with at least 3-5 years' PQE. Ideally the Locum Residential Conveyancer will have gained considerable experience dealing with a wide range of property matters and will be technically sound.
