Environmental Lawyer - International Law firm - Manchester

Experienced Environmental Lawyer required for new role with a market leading international law firm. To be based in Manchester, salary upwards of £50k.

Our client is a long-established national law firm, who have an award winning and well-regarded Real Estate practice which incorporates their Environment team. The work of the group is hugely varied and includes buildings, civil and process plant engineering, energy, infrastructure and utilities, across both private and public sectors. They also provide advice and support for the wider Real Estate, Corporate, Banking and PFI/Projects teams.

Due to expansion they are looking to recruit a qualified Solicitor to the team in Manchester.

Although their ideal would be someone with strong experience of Environmental work they would be interested in hearing from lawyers who work in Planning, or more general regulatory law which perhaps touches on Environmental issues. You will need to have a good understanding of corporate and property deals, and how the Environmental work segues into this. You will ideally have trained and gained experience with a city, national or recognised regional law firm, backed up by strong academics. Most importantly you need a demonstrable passion for Environmental Law and in developing your career in this area.
