Senior Conveyancing Fee Earner

Our client is a well thought of firm in the Southport area who are looking to recruit a senior conveyancer in to one of their established teams.

This role plays a valuable part in contributing to the first class service provided to clients and other third parties in all residential conveyancing matters, within in a high volume residential conveyancing environment.

The successful candidate will be required to work unsupervised to effectively run a large conveyancing caseload up to and including exchange of contract, performing the full range of tasks associated with this process, within specified timescales.

They will effectively manage 80 plus cases at one time including freehold, Leasehold and New Build transactions and take on a supervisory role, providing support to your Team Manager as and when required.

There will also be an expectation that you will strengthen and build on your relationship with Clients and Third Parties to ensure that the firm remains the conveyancer of choice.

The salary for this role is £23,000-£31,000 dependant on experience.
