My client is one of the UK's leading full service law firms with a national presence. The client is now looking for add a Commercial Property Solicitor to their award winning Southampton team.

The client is looking for 3-6 year PQE Commercial Property Solicitors to work in their busy Commercial Property department. Their client base ranges from small Registered Providers to one of the largest property holding companies in the UK. The firm offers an interesting and varied workload dealing with often high profile and complex matters.

You will be comfortable with handling acquisitions and disposals for commercial properties and ideally have some experience of site assembly for development projects and house builder clients. You will have acted for Landlords and Tenants on commercial lease negotiations and have acted for property investment clients.

The role will also include supervising junior members, taking an active role in business development, including tender preparation and attending interviews where required.
