An ambitious Property Lawyer is required by a well-established medium sized law firm in the heart of Essex.

With the retirement of one of the senior partners in the next three years, the successful candidate will be of partnership calibre, have a strong personality and flair, in order to service an exceptional client base of commercial business’s.

This person will work closely with the retiring partner over the next 2/3 years when they will then takeover a caseload that has traditionally billed in excess of £200K per annum. You will be given the support of another fee earner in the team and inherit a caseload which is largely bias to Landlord and Tenant and freehold commercial transactions.

The ideal candidate with have at least three years PQE either from a mixed Property background or exclusively Commercial Property. This is a fantastic opportunity with very clear prospects for advancement.
