Legal Counsel

This is a broad role, allowing the candidate to undertake a variety of responsibilities, thus allowing for a multiplicity of experience. Supporting Group Legal Counsel and all business units, you will advise on a number of legal and commercial matters.

Your remit will include but not be limited to;

• Drafting and negotiating of commercial contracts such as partnership agreements, joint ventures, sales & procurement agreements and NDA's
• Providing advice on existing and future intellectual property rights
• Advising stake holders on legal and risk, working closely with the Compliance department
• Working collaboratively with other departments within the group on contractual and legal matters relating to the day to day operation of the business.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years PQE and be an experienced Commercial Lawyer. They will have experience in other fields of law, such as employment, Data Protection, IT and IP. Ideally, the candidate will also have experience and interest in the charities sector.
