Are you a Law Graduate looking to gain legal experience within a leading law firm?
Our client is looking for Trainee Legal Helpline Advisors to join their Legal Helpline team based in Bristol. The role will involve using legal knowledge to provide practical advice to clients over the telephone. Training and support will be provided for successful candidates. Salary will initially be between £14,000 and £17,000 depending on experience and this can increase every 6 months (for the first 24 months) by £1000 providing you meet the required performance standards. Contracted hours will be 35 hours per week (between 8am-8pm Monday to Friday in variable shifts).
Role requirements:
- Law degree or equivalent
- LPC is desirable but not essential
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good attention to detail
- Good team player
- Ability to use own initiative
