Title: Commercial and Residential Property Paralegal
Location: Central London
Salary: £30,000 (negotiable - depending on experience)
Prestigious and well-established law firm, based in the heart of the City of London, are looking to expand their leading property department due to a significant increase in their workload. They are looking for a property paralegal with at least two years experience in both residential and commercial property. The role will in essence be a fee earning paralegal role with supervision from a Partner.
It is essential that you have at least two years’ experience as a paralegal and are confident with both commercial and residential property transactions. You must have demonstrable client skills and the dynamism and intelligence to work for a busy team. Excellent long term prospects in a very friendly and team orientated firm for the successful paralegal. This is an excellent opportunity to develop the role and your own skill set under the supervision of Partners who are leaders in their field and gain high quality experience and take on more responsibility / fee earning.
