RTA Paralegal - Negotiable - West Yorkshire

Our client, an established Personal Injury Law Firm, is looking to recruit an experienced Paralegal to join their RTA team in Bradford. This position has come available due to a demand for support in the department with an increase in work.

The position requires managing a caseload of pre-litigated RTA claims and taking them through the MOJ portal. You will be working with the head of department and as well as dealing with pre-ligated claims, you shall be assisting with the litigated files he deals with. This means that this role comes with natural progression and personal development opportunities.

Candidates ideally with be fully competent at dealing with their own pre-litigated caseload and the portal and have a working knowledge of the litigation process. The successful candidate must have a proven track record of dealing with personal injury claims and must have experience in a similar role.
