Restructuring Associate 2-4 PQE US Law Firm London

This US law firm is looking for a Restructuring lawyer for its London office. The team advises companies, funds, banks, creditors and investors in distressed assets and debt on all types of restructuring matters, as well as bankruptcy planning and litigation. Much of the work is cross-border.

The right candidate will focus on predominantly non-contentious work and advise on complex restructurings and insolvencies. The firm itself is open and collegiate with a strong focus on entrepreneurialism and learning and development.

Candidates should be qualified as a UK solicitor and ideally have two to four years of post qualification experience in a good restructuring practice. You should have strong academics and be technically astute. You should have sound commercial acumen and good interpersonal and communication skills.
