A Client Relationship Adviser role within a major global law firm; this role is a great opportunity for someone with broader business development experience to specialise in client development, or a client development executive looking for a step up. 

In this exciting client relationship role, you will be responsible for managing and assisting with the account management of some of the firm’s largest priority accounts.  Taking a holistic approach across the firm globally, you will work closely with the lead partners to ensure the account plans are being followed, and that new opportunities are being mined within the client.  The primary goal of this role is to drive revenue across all disciplines through facilitating cross-selling initiatives globally, developing an in-depth understanding of the client and their markets to identify opportunities, client research and analysis, panel pitches, financial reporting, client-specific communications and client feedback.  You will take a proactive approach in coming up with ideas on value add services, secondments and training opportunities.  You will also be responsible for creating client reports that demonstrate achievements, performance against targets and financials.

You will have a proven track record of business development and client relationship/key account management within a major international professional services firm (ideally legal or accountancy).  You will have significant partner contact so you must have considerable gravitas.
