Mid/Senior Construction Associate - London - Partnership Delegate
A Top 100 National Law firm with offices across the UK are seeking to expand their highly-regarded Construction team with the addition of a Mid/Senior-level Construction associate. The role sits within the firms London City office and has a clear path to partnership ideally within the first two years.
Due to the continued growth of the team over previous years, there is now a requirement for an additional mid/senior-level Construction associate. The Construction team advise on industry standard forms and documentation on all of the main procurement strategies. Working with high profile clients both in the public and private sector mainly on non-contentious matters. There is an opportunity for the successful candidate to take over the day to day management of a number of the firms high profile clients, this will lead to a great opportunity for partnership for the right candidate. The team also advise clients on dispute resolution with a particular focus on contract review and re-negotiating services.
The successful candidate will hold between 5-9 years PQE in private practice in a non-contentious construction role (although candidates from a mixed practice will still be considered). Candidates must be able to demonstrate excellent technical skills and hold strong academics. Candidates above or below the stated PQE will still be considered if they can demonstrably add value to the practice.
