Mixed Personal Injury Litigation Executive

A Mixed Personal Injury Litigation Executive is required for a rewarding opportunity with a full service law firm. The role will be based in Birmingham and offers an excellent salary and benefits package which includes (e.g. Highly Competitive Bonus Structure, Contributory Pension Scheme, and much more!!!!!)

The role involves managing a caseload of around 250 RTA, EL/PL claims from cradle to grave both issued and none issued.

The successful Mixed Personal Injury Litigation Executive will be ready to take the next step in their career and be looking to join a professional and highly reputable practice. You will have experience of handling litigated RTA, EL/PL files. In addition you will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work on your own or as part of a small team. You must have competent knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook and excellent case management skills.
