Childcare Solicitor

Childcare Solicitor - Greater London - 3-5yrs PQE+

Are you a childcare solicitor currently holding or working towards child panel membership, looking for a role at a growing Chambers recommended firm? 

There is now an opportunity for an experienced solicitor to join this firm's family department, who specialises in primarily childcare and public family law. The family team has expanded steadily over the last five years and a candidate with a strong background handling public family matters is now needed, to help with a growing caseload and to play a part in the ongoing development of the department.

To be considered for the role you will need to meet the following specification:

• Current member of, or studying towards the Law Society’s Children Law/Child Panel Accreditation. Training will be provided to the right candidate to help achieve this.
• Must be able to carry out your own advocacy
• Experienced preparing and managing Legal Aid cases

Additional experience of private family law, an existing following of guardians and/or qualification as a mediator would be particularly advantageous. 

The salary on offer will be competitive and negotiable dependent on experience.
