THE FIRM:
Our client is an long established law firm providing legal services to clients throughout the UK.
THE ROLE:
A new role has arisen for a property finance lawyer to join a highly successful team acting for banks, buildings societies, peer to peer and private lenders.
You will be responsible for property finance relating to loans that are secured on residential buy to let or commercial property, including shops, offices, factories, pubs, restaurants and hotels.
THE CANDIDATE:
To be considered you will be a pro-active 2PQE+ property finance lawyer with excellent academics and a proven track record gained with a top regional or national law firm
You should have solid experience of landlord and tenant law including commercial leases, coupled with good drafting and negotiation skills.
Understanding of conveyancing from a commercial property perspective highly advantageous.
You will have a flexible and adaptable attitude with the ability to build strong working relationships quickly.
