EXPERIENCED COMMERCIAL LITIGATOR NEEDED - PARIS OR LONDON
We are working with a top-tier consultancy who are looking for an experienced commercial litigator to join their small but busy team on an interim basis. This is ideally based in Paris but they will consider someone based in London if willing to travel to France as required.
The role involves managing disputes across EMEA, including commercial, IP, insurance, employment and compliance matters. You will project manage a range of incidents, projects, risk mitigation strategies and litigation.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor after training at a leading firm and will have 5 - 8 years PQE*. You must have strong litigation and dispute resolution experience as a lawyer, and be fluent in at least 2 languages. It would also be desirable to have experience with compliance and government investigations.
