Role will also Front of House Reception duties!!
Facilities Administrator: Our client - a prestigious City law firm are looking for a Facilities Administrator to join their expanding City office.
Facilities Administrator: This role will also involve you being based on the front of house reception desk for large parts of the week, so you will need to be comfortable doing that.
Facilities Administrator: This is a very busy and varied role and will involve collecting and sending of post, binding and scanning, refilling stationery supplies, meeting/greeting people, setting up lunches and much more!
The successful Facilities Administrator will have the following experience/skills:
- Minimum of 1 year's Reception experience
- Previous Facilities Admin experience would be ideal
- Experience gained from professional services environment
- Excellent receptionist skills proven in a busy office environment
- Strong MS Office skills - PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
