IN HOUSE - Legal and Compliance Counsel - Energy Services - 3 - 6 pqe - Riyadh - KSA
Our client is a US industrial services company operating globally within the oil and gas industry. A Legal and Compliance Counsel is sought to provide coverage across Saudi Arabia to be responsible for the day to day legal advisory requirements for all product lines. This is a varied role and will include advising on complex transactions, JVs, corporate structuring and compliance / risk related issues.
You will be a Corporate, Commercial lawyer with 3-6 years post qualification experience preferably in the energy/oil and gas sector where you will have had exposure to advising, drafting and negotiating on a variety of commercial contracts. You will be keen to be a team player and have a "can -do" approach to problem solving. English and Arabic language skills are essential.
