Commercial Lawyer - Romania - Major Organisation!

Our client is a well known business operating on an international level. They are well established, offer excellent career progression and are entering a growth phase. 

A newly created position now exists for a talented commercial lawyer to join the team in Romania. The role will work closely with key internal and external partners and stakeholders, providing contractual support, commercial legal advice and managing risk. 

For consideration, you must fulfil the following profile:

• Qualified lawyer (Romania or compatible jurisdiction) 
• Extended experience of commercial contract negotiation and drafting. Construction contracts is an advantage 
• Full-cycle contract management: RFP to post award
• Recognised law firm training coupled with in-house experience 
• Dispute resolution experience
• A proven track record of building successful business relationships
