Residential Conveyancing Team Leader

Our client, a forward thinking law firm based in West Yorkshire is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Team Leader to join their expanding firm based in Wakefield.

They are looking for talented conveyancers who have the ability to manage a caseload and effectively lead a team of 8-10 people.

You will be CILEX, a qualified solicitor or someone who has extensive experience as a Residential Conveyancing Team Leader who is able to carry out high volume conveyancing transactions. You will manage your own caseload from inception through to completion. You will be dealing with the residential team and working closely with the existing team as a team leader, and as such, people management skills are a definite advantage. You will be dealing with clients on a daily basis so excellent communication skills are required as well as a professional and friendly manner.

A Residential Conveyancing Team Leader with experience of leasehold matters involving Transfers of Equity, Shared Ownership, Deeds of Variation and Postponement would have an advantage, however experienced candidates with experience in the field and a little management skills would also be considered.
