Personal Injury (Defendant) 2-5

Top-tier Insurance practice require a Defendant PI lawyer at between 2-5 PQE.

This top-tier insurance practice acts for large composite insurers, corporates, government departments, and self-insured companies across the full spectrum of Defendant PI work. Due to continued growth, an additional associate with between 2-5 PQE is now required to join the EL/PL team.

The successful applicant will work across a broad range of Defendant matters, ranging from slips & trips through to complex high-value cases, involving brand and spinal injury, paralysis, and fatal accident claims. Applicants should be able to demonstrate a solid background of experience in Defendant PI matters, gained at either a leading National or Regional practice. Applicants with language skills are particularly highly sought after in relation to this role.
