Legal Executive - Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, Clients at Risk
Award Winning Solicitors in Sussex are looking to expand their Private Client Team. Our client is looking to recruit a Legal Executive with experience of providing efficient and effective Care Planning and Funding advice. The candidate will be CILEx qualified with relevant experience, which will include successful challenges to Local Authority and NHS care and financial assessments, with a passion to develop this area of Practice. The successful candidate may also be required to assist with other Power of Attorney, Deputyship and Court of Protection matters from time to time.
