Junior Lawyer

•    We are a fast growing and dynamic media company based in Central London and wish to make a new appointment to our legal team, reporting to the General Counsel. 

•    We are looking for a bright, commercially aware junior lawyer with good academics, ideally NQ – 3 years PQE, who is happy to work hard, undertaking a variety of commercial, corporate and company secretarial matters. 

•    The ideal candidate will have trained and worked at a good quality UK law firm and be experienced in corporate and / or commercial matters.  They will be confident and experienced in undertaking their own drafting in a variety of matters and advising clients directly. An outgoing, personable character is vital.  Experience of working in or for a media business would be a distinct advantage but this is not essential.
