A globally leading investment bank are looking to bring on a Structured Finance Lawyer to join their team in the City of London for a maternity cover lasting 6-9 months.
About the role:
Reporting into the VP within the bank's Wealth Transactions team, the Structured Finance Lawyer will support specifically the wealth structured products team.
The role will entail supporting the team in offering new products, product maintenance and distribution. There will also be opportunities for the successful applicant to gain experience on major regulatory implementation projects such as MiFID II and PRIIPS.
About you:
The client has specified that the ideal candidate will be of at least 3+ PQE, although applicants of a levels will be considered on merit. The successful Structured Finance Lawyer will have good knowledge of the prospective directive and regulatory framework for structured products, and solid previous experience of working in structured finance within financial services.
