Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner

A Residential Conveyancer is sought to join an award winning legal practice in West Yorkshire. Salary is upwards of £25,000 + bonus, depending on experience.

Our client, a market leader in Residential Conveyancing, with a team of experienced property professionals. They provide an exceptional service focusing on the needs of the individual client.

You will be working in a busy, friendly office dealing with your own caseload of sales and purchase files from start to finish. You will benefit from having a dedicated Legal Assistant to support you in your work.

The successful candidate will ideally have over 12 months experience, running your own caseload of sales and purchase files with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will be qualified through CLC or as a Solicitor but my client will consider candidates who are qualified through experience.
