Commercial Property Solicitor – Our client with several offices in East Kent has asked us to find them a further commercial property solicitor to join their expanding team.
They are interested in seeing the CV’s of solicitors with c.2-10 year’s relevant experience in managing a busy caseload of commercial property transactions. You will handle a range of matters, including but not limited to:
- Land acquisitions & sales
- Estate development
- Plot sales work
- Business lease extensions
- Secured lending
You will be joining a thriving team where you will manage your own busy caseload as well as working as part of team on the more HNW, complex transactions.
