THE ROLE
Our client is looking to recruit a pro-active Property Solicitor to head up their Property department based in their London practice. For this role you will be handling a varied caseload of Commercial and Residential Property matters to include; new build, buying and selling property, freehold and leasehold, extending leases, transferring equity, shared ownership and re-mortgages.. Our client is looking for a Property Solicitor with at least two years’ experience in Conveyancing matters with excellent client care, and advocacy skills. THE CANDIDATE
You will;-
Be a solicitor of at least 2 year’s PQE;
Have a solid background in Conveyancing Law;
Have outstanding communication and organisational skills;
Be able to handle a busy caseload with minimal supervision
Have a confident, enthusiastic and friendly manner;
Possess a keen eye for attention to detail and be able to work to tight deadlines.
