Commercial Property Lawyer

We have again been instructed by a leading regional firm where there is now an opportunity for a suitably experienced Commercial Property Lawyer. The successful applicant will be based at one of their offices in a lovely Cheshire market town and will be looking for an opportunity at a firm with career progression possibilities.

In this commercial property position you will be working on a wide range of commercial property transactions including straight forward sales and purchases, secured lending, acting for landlords and tenants on commercial property work. There will also be the chance to support the Head of Department in relation to more complex transactions and corporate support work.

Alongside technical ability, the Head of Department is looking for a lawyer who is keen to get involved in business development activities in the local community and with introducers of work. He is happy to consider Solicitors (up to 5 years PQE) or FILEX or Licensed Conveyancer for this role.
