Residential Conveyancer

This well-established firm has been committed to providing professional legal service in the Surrey. With their rising success, the need has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer to join their busy team on a locum basis.

The opportunity will allow the Residential Conveyancer to showcase their skills and run a heavy caseload which will include but not restricted to: sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfer of equity and some right to buy matters. The caseload will also include Plot Sales work with large developments and small local developments. Applications will be considered from those candidates who are licensed Conveyancers, CILEX or qualified solicitor. The successful candidate will be friendly, ambitious and have a very personable demeanour.
