A fantastic opportunity for a  Pre-Litigation Claims Handler from the Legal or Insurance Sector to join this well established Specialist Insurance Litigation Practice and progress your career.  You will have experience of working in the Legal or  Insurance environment  preferably  handling   RTA   third party injury claims within agreed authority levels on an “enabling” Case Management system, regularly using damages awards research tools.  With a commercial attitude and excellent communications skills, you will be encouraged to take a pro-active, results oriented approach to claims, having a proven ability to make decisions on legal liability and assess damages with limited direct supervision.
