This property investment firm is looking for a lawyer to become its sole legal counsel
The company acquires property either via a straight-forward property acquisition or via corporate acquisition. They own a substantial portfolio of residential investment properties both residential and commercial and have become specialists in corporate acquisitions.
The company relies heavily on external lawyers but wants to change that and bring a lawyer in-house who can advise them solely. The role would be offered on a self-employed basis either working from home or in a separate office.
