Employee Share Schemes Associate, 1+ PQE
Our client, a leading international firm, is looking to hire an associate/ senior associate to join their Employee Share Schemes team in London.
The role will involve advising a range of UK and international companies on all issues involving employee incentives including tax, company law, employment law, data privacy and regulatory issues. You will also advise on the design and implementation of incentive schemes.
The successful candidate will have experience in the employee share schemes department of a comparable firm, as well as excellent technical skills. They will have a demonstrable ability to build client relationships through business development and the ability to manage a heavy workload.
