Fantastic opportunity exists for a Commercial Litigation Associate to join this leading Midlands firm.
The firm are L500 rated and have a number of offices throughout the West Midlands and Worcestershire. They require an Associate to join their busy team and run a varied caseload encompassing:
- Shareholder and partnership disputes
- Contractual disputes
- Property and landlord and tenant disputes
- Professional negligence
- Insolvency
- Construction disputes
You will be able to demonstrate a varied litigation background and be able to work with little or no supervision. A keen interest in marketing and business development is also required.
