RTA / RTC Solicitor

An opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor to join one of the leading Insurance RTA / RTC teams in Birmingham.

An awarded leading national law firm, my client is one of the few firms to offer a opportunity to specialise in this deeply rewarding area of personal injury law. Ideally, the candidate will have Insurance RTA / RTC experience but consideration will be given to exceptional candidates who show a commitment to specialising in this work.

The candidate will work under the supervision of a partner and will assist on duties that are likely to include dealing with disclosure, instructing counsel, investigators and surveillance, reviewing evidence, challenging evidence and reports, drafting costs schedules, preparing/checking Trial Bundles, attending conferences and trial with Counsel, negotiations/ drafting payments into Court, conducting site inspections and investigations, conducting CMC's and applications.

Candidates will need to have excellent client care and communication skills and will also need to show that they can cope well under pressure and maintain excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and keep to tight deadlines.
