Commercial Litigation Paralegal

Our client, an exciting start-up boutique litigation firm based in West London, seeks an experienced Commercial Litigation Paralegal.

Joining at the very inception of this young and exciting new boutique litigation practice, set up by an extremely successful West End law firm partner, you will be the only paralegal in the firm, providing unlimited scope for high levels of responsibility akin to that of a fee earner. Advising a wide range of clients in the media, marketing and technology sectors in relation to commercial and corporate disputes, you will assist across the entire litigation, arbitration, mediation and ADR process. Supporting a small and collegiate litigation team, you will also gain unrivalled exposure to high profile and often multi-jurisdictional civil fraud disputes.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in commercial litigation. Therefore, you should either have a training contract already secured and be looking to secure 12-24 months litigation experience prior to your training contract or already have a minimum of 6-12 months commercial litigation experience under your belt and be looking to apply this at a firm that will take a genuine interest in your career progression. You should have strong academics and be a confident and assertive individual, with a track record of working both independently and as part of a team.
