Solicitor - Tax

Our Client is looking for a Tax Solicitor 1– 4 years PQE with a strong academic background, excellent technical skills and exemplary communication skills.

Responsibilities, Skills and Experience

The successful candidate should have experience of the tax aspects of the following but with interest in working with, in particular, owner managed companies:

• M&A transactions and the personal tax implications of such transactions
• Corporate Finance
• Property Transactions
• The role will involve advising on direct and indirect Tax issues.

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

• a degree of entrepreneurial flair and gravitas in order to flourish in our dynamic working environment 
• Excellent written and verbal communication 
• organisational and prioritising skills and 
• candidate will currently be working in a large or medium sized commercial law firm in London.
