The Operations Manager will take overall responsibility for client operations, services and financial outputs and sits on the senior management team. This is an instrumental role in driving and delivering business' vision, values and business model.
Key requirements, skills and attributes:
- Adopting and implementing a claims strategy that is both efficient and effective. Restoring financial justice for the client is key and this must be echoed in the process. Ability to identify trends, opportunities and efficiencies both in terms of process and behaviours to ensure a maximum return on investment
- Experienced in setting targets, budgets, KPI’s along with the ability to achieve them.
- Significant process improvement capability
- Optimise the performance of the sales division through analysis and feedback of win/loss ratio to the Sales Director/Managers along with detailed analysis in order to deliver the best quality leads into the Client Service operation for which the incumbent is responsible
- Managing the Client Services Team so that it works to optimum capacity without compromise to quality whilst ensuring regulatory and business compliance
- Achievement of the monthly target is absolutely essential; a clear and comprehensive understanding in principle and in practice of how to achieve and exceed targets is key.
- Experienced in managing people and teams to include performance management and employee engagement.
