Senior Transaction Manager, Corporate Trust

This leading Custodian Bank is looking for a Senior Transaction Manager to join its Corporate Trust department in London.

In this role you will be responsible for reviewing highly complex specialized Debt Capital Market/Securitisation deal transactions aligned to a business or multiple product segments from initiation through closing. You will serve as primary contact with internal and external parties on new and existing transactions and deal documentation in order to ensure the life of issue meets all operational and documentation standards and mitigates any risk. You may mentor junior/new team members. The role will be focused on the review and negotiation of bilateral and trilateral custody arrangements and an understanding of the operational, legal and regulatory obligations that a Custodian operates within is required

Hours are very regular.

The ideal candidate will have either trained and qualified at a Top City Firm or have gained solid experience in legal practice and/or Corporate Trust and/or banking environment involving document negotiation. Experience in DCM/Securitisation/Structured Finance required.
