Financial Services/Regulatory Associate, 1-2 PQE

This entrepreneurial City firm are looking for a 1-2 PQE Financial Services/Regulatory lawyer to join their highly-regarded Financial Services team in London. 

The firm advises national and international companies on the full range of corporate and commercial matters, acting for the likes of financial institutions and private equity clients, publicly-listed and private companies, and other business enterprises involved in complex UK and cross-border transactions.

The team are well-regarded in the field and are noted for their expertise in highly complex matters, in the broad range of domestic and European regulatory and compliance issues.  The work itself will be the broad range of non-contentious/regulatory matters.

To be considered for the role, you will have an excellent academic record, and will have trained with and gained strong experience within a Magic Circle, Silver Circle or top U.S firm.  You should also have a genuine interest in keeping up-to-date with the changing market.   There is a unique opportunity for a top quality lawyer to join a firm which will provide high-calibre work, in a cohesive and collaborative firm, and for a firm which is genuinely seen as a nice place to work.
