An experienced Private Client Solicitor is sought to join a well established and reputable firm in North Yorkshire due to expansion. This fantastic opportunity will be based in Harrogate and offers a very attractive salary and benefits package.

This leading legal 500 law firm seek a Private Client Solicitor to join their existing team who pride themselves on the strong relations that they have built with their clients and the exceptional results that they achieve. This is a varied role which will involve handling your own caseload of Private Client matters including all Wills, Probate, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters.

I am seeking a qualified solicitor for this position, ideally 1-3 years PQE however candidates who have less experience may be considered if they have previously worked as a paralegal. It is important that you are able to work under minimum supervision however the structure of the team will allow some support. It is crucial that you have excellent team working skills and are able to build trust and strong relationships with your clients. Someone with experience in contentious probate work would also be preferable.
