Corporate Solicitor 2-5

This smaller but highly impressive City firm is looking to recruit an additional Corporate Associate, ideally 2-5 years' PQE.

The Corporate practice undertakes the full range of work, including public and private M&A, ECM (main market and AIM), VC and PE. The team operates heavily in the Technology, Financial Services and Energy/Natural Resources sectors, amongst others.
